Shipping Info: I use the Austrian postal service (Österreichsche Post) for all orders. I ship anywhere, but have to work with the usual shipping fees.
Return Policy: What if I need to change my shipping address for an order?
Please email treehouse@annakohlweis. If the order is still pending, I can change it.. If the order has already shipped, you will be notified when/if the order is returned. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, I will return the item(s) into the stock and refund the full amount of the order, minus the shipping. If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
